Kris and Bimby was rushed to the hospital after minor car accident

Kris Aquino and James "Bimby" Aquino-Yap were rushed to St. Luke's Medical Center in Taguig City after a minor car accident on Tuesday. Both reported to be okay, but still lightheaded.

.Kris Aquino said that they were on their way to an endorsement shoot, they were in a Cadillac Escalade when two armored cars on Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, EDSA suddenly changed lanes. It caused a vehicle in front of them, a Toyota Innova, to stop abruptly.

"Our brakes were good & we were all wearing seatbelts but we were bumped by the car immediately behind us," Kris Aquino said. 

She posted twice on Instagram about their unfortunate experience. Thanking all those who gave concern and attention to the accident. 

She mentioned that both of them are having an elevated blood pressure, both undergoing medical exams.

Kris Aquino added that she is going to be absent in the following tapings in ABS-CBN shows.
