Box office hit on the debut week 'Furious 7'

Furious 7 premiered with: an estimated amount of $143.6 million domestic and $384 Million world wide. Reporters say that this has been one of the most popular and controversial, awaited movie of the year let alone it's success in it first week debut.

Surprisingly other franchises does not have the same success as the 'Fast and Furious' films throughout the decade.  Most trilogies or films can  be compared to it's popularity and vast community but a decrease in earnings of most can result to lost of interest. Unlike the Fast and Furious films, it keeps on getting more earnings thus more interest. Thanks to it's combination of a diverse and popular cast (including cameos) and it's production which fans lead to comment, "It gets crazier than the last one".

For about 50% more than the last Furious film of $97.4 million on its debut, and it's the first film in the franchise to break $100 Million on it's first week. As compared to the first Fast and Furious, it's domestic run back in 2001 grossed about $144.5 million in 19 weeks while Furious 7 grossed 143.6 million in 3 days.

It is the first film to have $100 million-plus debut in April, beating Captain America: Winter Soldier who held the April record last 2014 with $95 million. Furious 7 is not only on the No.1 at the weekend box office, but also currently the 9th biggest opening weekend.

Dedicated to the memory of Paul Walker, who died before the whole film was completed. The cast and crew puts effort on completing this film as it pays tribute to Paul Walker, who, by all accounts, was as devoted a family man off screen as he was on it. The controversial final scene, which his brother played with CGI effects, had fans stunned by awe as the actor looks directly into the camera and flashes as smile from behind the wheel. A moment of two-bestfriends, in set and in real life, Vin Diesel looks at Paul Walker as if it was him, with the last scene of them driving together side-by-side, parting ways in the end.
